Interior - 'Spirits'

The 'Spirits' are two transparent fabric hangings, either hung side-by-side or together, one in front of the other. The images represent the 'spirits' of objects as light reflections. The alien-like shapes are green and yellow swirls of colour against a black background. As one moves around the hangings, the 'spirits' seem to move and disappear. The transparent fabric creates the illusion that the 'spirits' are alive, moving across the length of the fabric. They are designed to hang in front of a window, where in daylight the image is only just visible, in darkness the image strengthens and becomes bold and bright, as if coming alive.

Interior - Pleated Optics

Pleated Optics: Pleated Optics is a delicate interior hanging, created using hand-screen printing techniques and pleating. The fabric is solid, yet transparent, changing it's visual shape with each movement. Ideal as a hanging within a room situation, in front of a window, or light.

Interior - Sheer Pleats

Sheer Pleats: Screen printed, pleated polyester shimmer fabric. A beautiful, transparent interior hanging, ideally hung around a light, or just on it's own in a simple modern interior. Made to any size and design, dependent on the room scale and design.

Interior - Wallpaper Pleats

Wallpaper Pleats: Made out of paper and hand screen printed, Wallpaper pleats are a fantastic wall covering concept. Temporary or permanent, they create an unusual 3D pleated appearance, as if growing up a wall, fabulous for part of a wall within a modern interior flat or office. The images show a monochrome black and white design, but can be in any colour according to your specific requirements.

Interior - 'Creature'

'Creature' - The pleated 'Creature' forms a mass of blue/grey, white and black pleated lines, it's shape reminiscent of a shell or a deep sea creature. The shape and the lines change as the 'Creature' is moved, creating a slinky, snake like movement, as if the lines are actually moving across the fabric. The pleats and print work together to form an illusion of reality and fiction. It is not easy to tell where one line starts and the other ends as the fabric swirls round and morphs with every move. The 'Creature' looks and feels delicate to touch, but one is enticed by its shape, line and unusual texture. You want to cradle it in your arms or throw it over your shoulder, with each handle a new experience is endured.
